Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries, processing orders, and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Address customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Process sales orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics and production teams.

Maintain and update customer records and databases.

Provide accurate product and service information to customers and get the feedback.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve customer experience.

Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor-s degree in any discipline (preferred).

0-2 years of experience in customer support

Excellent communication skills in English and [regional language, if applicable].

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively..
