Delivery Rider (Freshers) Bangalore

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Rider to join our team in Jalahalli. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering items efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick Up Orders: Collect items from designated locations and prepare them for delivery.

- Deliver Items: Transport goods to customers’ locations safely and on time, ensuring the items are secure during transit.

- Maintain Delivery Logs: Keep accurate records of deliveries, noting any important details for each drop-off.

- Communicate with Customers: Address customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery status, maintaining a positive interaction.

- Follow Traffic Rules: Adhere to all traffic regulations to ensure safety for yourself and others while on the road.

- Handle Payment Collection: If required, securely collect payment from customers and provide receipts when necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have completed at least 10th grade education.

- No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is important.

- Should possess a valid driver's license and have basic knowledge of road safety rules.

- Good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and addressing any concerns.

- Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills to meet delivery deadlines.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and exhibit a positive attitude while working in a team environment.
