Delivery Rider || Freshers & Experienced

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Orders: Pick up food or goods from our partner locations and ensure timely delivery to customers’ addresses.

- Follow Routes: Use navigation tools to follow the best routes, ensuring efficient and safe deliveries.

- Maintain Vehicle: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained for optimal performance.

- Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive delivery experience upon arrival.

- Report Issues: Communicate any delivery issues or vehicle problems to management promptly for resolution.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Basic Education: Must have completed at least the 10th grade.

- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and team members.

- Time Management: Must manage time effectively to ensure on-time deliveries.

- Knowledge of Raipur: Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods in Raipur to navigate efficiently.

- Driving Skills: A valid driving license is required, with confidence in riding a motorbike or two-wheeler.

- Physical Fitness: Should be physically fit to manage the demands of the job, including lifting packages if necessary.
