• must have

• in-depth knowledge of the t24 modules, at least 5+ years t24 operation must know - production support process and managing the 2m usd engagement at onsite.

• must have worked in production environment by managing incidents and changes.

• stakeholder coordination and report preparation knowledge

• familiarity with multi server architecture with the combination of t24 tafj, aix, was & oracle stack

• very good understanding of t24 system, aa and must have experience in pack preparation and deployment procedure.

• working exposure managing the bau engagements
