• In-depth knowledge of the T24 modules, At least 5+ years T24 Operations

• Must know - Production support process and managing the 2M USD engagement at onsite.

• Must have worked in Production environment by Managing Incidents and Changes.

• Stakeholder coordination and report preparation knowledge

• Familiarity with Multi server architecture with the combination of T24 TAFJ, AIX, WAS & Oracle stack

• Very good understanding of T24 system, AA and Must have experience in pack preparation and deployment procedure.

• Working exposure managing the BAU engagements
