- properly check, sort, and verify the items to be dropped - check the condition of the items (if it has tampered, broken, or leaked) at the warehouse itself - handle all the items carefully to avoid any damage - ensure delivery to the right customer as per invoice - return the undelivered or damaged products or any other passes - in case of any challenges, ensure real-time updates to awign & zepto.
