2. **Route Management**: Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time, ensuring prompt deliveries and maintaining customer satisfaction.

3. **Customer Interaction**: Communicate courteously with customers while delivering packages, answering any questions they may have regarding their orders.

4. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including documentation of packages collected and drop-off, ensuring traceability.

5. **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled for use, reporting any issues promptly to management.
