Hiring Fresher - Delivery Boy - Hathras

We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Boy to join our team in Sadabad. The ideal candidate will ensure that packages are delivered promptly and efficiently to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Package Delivery: Transport packages from the office to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.

- Route Planning: Plan the best routes for deliveries to minimize travel time and ensure punctuality.

- Customer Interaction: Greet customers upon arrival, confirm their identity, and hand over the packages in a professional manner.

- Package Handling: Carefully handle all packages to prevent damage during transport and ensure that deliveries are made in good condition.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including addresses and any issues encountered during the delivery process.

- Communicate with Team: Report back to the office with updates on deliveries, including any delays or customer feedback.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade and should be male.

- Good communication skills are essential to interact with customers and team members kindly and effectively.

- A valid driver's license and prior experience with local routes would be advantageous but are not mandatory for freshers.

- Candidates should be physically fit to carry packages and handle the demands of a delivery role.

- A positive attitude and willingness to work full-time in a fast-paced environment is expected.
