Job Title: Motorcycle Driver/car driver

Company: Spot (For Consumer Orders Delivery)

Contract Duration: 4 Years

Salary and Benefits:

Basic Salary: 120 KWD per month

Food Allowance: 20 KWD per month

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Transportation: Motorcycle provided by the company

Working Days: 30 days per month

Working Hours: 12 hours daily

Target: 12 hours + 15 orders daily

Medical Treatment: Provided by the company

Annual Leave: 30 days per year (unpaid)

Training Period: 30 days with basic salary

Mobile Phone & SIM: Provided by the company

Air Tickets: Not provided

Additional Conditions:

Overtime: As per company contract rules

Deductions: As per company contract rules

Other Benefits: Based on driver performance

Offer Validity: Valid for 60 days from the VISA issue date

Performance-Based Compensation (Talabat Contract - Extra Pay):

Motorcycle: KWD per extra order

Car: KWD per extra order

Target Deduction: KWD

Review Clause: The order price is subject to change and will be reviewed every 90 days without prior notice
