Delivery Boy Fresher

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Boy to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages and ensuring they reach customers on time and in good condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Package Delivery:** Safely deliver packages to customers' addresses within the specified timeframe.

- **Route Management:** Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize travel time.

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage politely and professionally with customers during deliveries and address any concerns they may have.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including any issues encountered and customer feedback.

- **Vehicle Maintenance:** Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained for safe and efficient operations.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Should have completed at least the 10th grade education.

- Must be comfortable riding a two-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.

- Time management skills to handle multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
