We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Boy to join our team in Lucknow. The role is essential to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Package Delivery: Safely deliver packages to customers within the assigned area, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.

- Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes for deliveries to minimize delays and ensure timely service.

- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers courteously during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

- Loading and Unloading: Handle loading and unloading of packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are secure and properly organized.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including any issues encountered, to help improve future services.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers. A valid driver’s license is required, and a good understanding of Lucknow’s roads is advantageous. Candidates should be physically fit, as the job involves lifting packages and spending long hours on the move.
