Key Responsibilities:

- Timely Deliveries: Ensure that all orders are delivered on time to customers, as punctuality is essential for customer satisfaction.

- Package Handling: Safely manage and transport packages, ensuring that items are not damaged during transit.

- Route Navigation: Utilize maps or navigation apps to find the most efficient routes for deliveries, helping to complete tasks quickly.

- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers when delivering orders, ensuring they have a positive experience.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including obtaining customer signatures when necessary to confirm receipt.

- Return Management: Handle any returned items according to company policies, ensuring that all processes are followed correctly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Education: Minimum of 10th-grade education is mandatory.

- Experience: No prior experience is needed, but candidates with 0-3 years of experience in delivery or a related field are welcome.

- Communication Skills: Must have good verbal communication skills to interact with customers positively.
