Delivery Boy - Full Time - Freshers

We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Agent to join our team in Tirupati. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery of Products: You will pick up products from the designated location and deliver them to customers on time. This includes taking the most efficient routes.

- Customer Interaction: You will interact with customers during delivery, ensuring they receive their orders as expected and addressing any questions or concerns they might have.

- Maintaining Delivery Records: You will be required to maintain and submit accurate delivery records, ensuring all orders are documented properly for tracking and accountability.

- Vehicle Maintenance: You will be responsible for keeping your delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently.

- Adhering to Safety Regulations: You will follow safety protocols and procedures while driving and handling deliveries, ensuring both personal and customer safety.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have completed at least the 10th grade.

- A valid driver's license is essential for operating delivery vehicles.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Must be punctual and reliable, ensuring timely deliveries.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete all deliveries as scheduled.

- Prior experience in a delivery role is a plus but not necessary; we welcome candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience.
