Responsibilities:

 Achieve desired output from deburring and tumbling process

 Maintain 6S in the Work place

 Maintain Deburring log

 Ensure if the parts are deburred as per work instruction sheet

 Report daily activities to the supervisor

 Understanding and adhering of department Significant Aspects/Impacts

 Understanding and adhering of department work instruction or procedures

 Adopt KAPL Waste segregation Method

Abide by supervisor’s advice

 Maintain 6S throughout the Work place
