Hiring: dbt Developer

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 7-9 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced dbt Developer with strong expertise in dbt, Snowflake, and SQL to develop and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data modelling, cloud data warehousing, and ELT processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data transformation pipelines using dbt.

Build and optimize SQL queries, models, and transformations.

Work with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.

Implement data modelling and transformation strategies.

Develop reusable dbt models, macros, and tests.

Perform data validation, testing, and quality checks.

Optimize query performance and improve data pipeline efficiency.

Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).

Expertise in Snowflake and SQL.

Experience in ELT pipelines and data transformation.

Knowledge of dimensional data modelling.

Experience with dbt models, macros, tests, and snapshots.

Understanding of cloud data warehousing concepts.

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.

Qualification

BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
