Hiring For Daycare Teacher (Female Candidates Only)

This is an on-site role for a Preschool Daycare cum PG Teacher at Petals Kids Preschool and Daycare located at Salunke Vihar, Pune. The candidate should be quick learner, energetic, active and engaged in some hobbies like art/craft/drawing/music/dance/colouring/yoga etc.

A Daycare Teacher is primarily responsible for:

 Understanding of child development stages

 Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children

 Actively engaging them in age-appropriate learning activities while monitoring their development,

 Maintaining open communication with parents, and

 Ensure adherence of childcare regulations

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

 Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.

Physical fitness, ability to lift and carry children, kneel on the floor, and participate in active play.

Skills Required:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi). Marathi is preferred.

 Good knowledge on Art/Craft/Drawing etc

 Experience in working on digital platforms like facebook, Insta, making reals /editing videos etc.

Preference:

Prior experience working with young children in a daycare setting is beneficial.
