1. Develop and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a data warehouse

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand data requirements and design logical data models

3. Optimize performance of ETL jobs by tuning DataStage jobs, SQL queries, and data transformations

4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, data quality, and performance
