Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into digital databases and maintaining electronic records. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently. You will need to input information from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Key responsibilities include entering data from paper documents or digital sources into computer systems, verifying accuracy of data inputted, detecting errors and making corrections, organizing files and paper documents, managing spreadsheets and databases, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working from home and have a reliable internet connection. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
