Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering and updating data in electronic databases and spreadsheets. This includes accurately inputting information such as names, addresses, and financial data. They must ensure data quality and integrity by verifying accuracy and completeness.

Key responsibilities:

- Inputting data accurately and efficiently into electronic databases and spreadsheets

- Verifying and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data

- Updating and maintaining records as needed

- Complying with data integrity and security policies

The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They should be proficient in using computer software such as MS Office and have good communication skills. The candidate must be reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently. Previous experience in data entry is preferred but not required. The candidate should be able to work part-time from home and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
