Data Entry Specialist Fresher

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently. This includes entering customer information, sales data, and other relevant information. Attention to detail and speed are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include entering data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents. Transcribing information into required electronic format. Maintaining data integrity and security. Updating data and deleting unnecessary files. Ensuring proper organization of files and documents.

The ideal candidate should have a 12th pass qualification and be a fresher. Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel are required. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. Prior experience with data entry is a plus. The candidate should be able to work from home and dedicate the required hours for the part-time position.
