Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly accurate Data Entry Executive to join our US Mortgage Operations team. The ideal candidate must have excellent typing skills with 100% accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify mortgage-related data accurately into internal systems.

• Ensure 100% accuracy while entering sensitive mortgage details such as borrower information, property data, financial figures, and compliance information.

• Cross-check and validate entered data to avoid discrepancies or errors.

• Maintain confidentiality and follow US mortgage compliance standards.

• Meet daily productivity and quality targets as assigned by the team lead.

• Communicate with team members for clarifications or missing information.

• Update records, generate reports, and support the overall mortgage process workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 35–45 WPM with 100% accuracy.

• Prior experience in US Mortgage, Title, or Loan Processing will be an added advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.

• Good understanding of computers, MS Office, and web-based tools.

• Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy.

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain productivity.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Shift Timing: Day Shift (9AM – 6PM) & Night shift (12AM – 9AM)

• Work Mode: On-site

• Weekly Off: 3 holidays after working of 7 days

• NOTE: No holiday or leave will be given in the working of 7 days
