**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Verification:** Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before final submission, reducing errors and ensuring quality.
- **Record Maintenance:** Maintain and organize digital files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- **Reporting:** Generate reports as needed to summarize data findings or trends, helping management make informed decisions.
- **Communication:** Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- **Attention to Detail:** Must have a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of data while entering it into systems.
- **Typing Skills:** Proficient typing speed with good accuracy, ideally 40 words per minute or more.
- **Computer Literacy:** Strong knowledge of computer applications, particularly MS Excel and word processing software.
- **Time Management:** Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while working part-time and independently.
- **Communication Skills:** Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clarify data issues.
