**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- Basic computer skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks to minimize errors.

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, especially in a remote work environment.
- Must have completed at least the 12th grade and be capable of learning new software quickly.
