Key Responsibilities:

Online Form Filling & Application Processing

Accurate Data Entry and verification

Assisting customers with various online forms

Business Registration applications and documentation

Tender Filling & Online Tender Applications

Uploading documents, photographs and certificates

Checking eligibility, dates, fees and required documents

Maintaining customer/application records

Following up on pending applications and corrections

Handling government and other online portals

Required Skills:

Basic computer and internet knowledge

Hindi or English Typing: Minimum 30 WPM

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to understand and follow instructions

Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and online portals

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred: Candidates with experience in online form filling, government portals, business registrations or tender work will be preferred.
