Data Engineer

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in information management, data warehousing and analytics technologies.

• Minimum 6years experience in Considerable knowledge with analysis, design, and development of data warehouses working with large data repositories and/or relational databases.

• Deep technical understanding of Data Integration & ETL development, performance tuning and best practices (Informatica PowerCenter required up to , other tools a plus).

• 6 years experience in Considerable knowledge and experience working in Oracle, Greenplum, Teradata and UNIX environments.

• Analyze operational and analytical data requirements by working with business and applications teams.

• 6 years demonstrated exceptional analytical skills as well as an ability to communicate and translate business needs into solutions.

• Understanding and hands on experience working on large scale MPP systems (Greenplum or Teradata)

• Good understanding of building data pipelines using DevOps process.

• Good to have prior experience on StreamSets.

• Ability to review existing ETL Designs and recommend Tuning Improvements.

• Unix scripting is desirable.

• Control-M experience a plus.
