Key Responsibilities

Develop and publish insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.

Translate business needs from the . team into data-driven solutions.

Perform ad hoc data analysis and trend discovery to support operations and finance.

Assist in KPI tracking, business forecasting, and performance measurement.

Ensure data accuracy and validation of report results.

Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Power BI and DAX calculations.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Solid SQL skills to extract and manipulate data.

Basic understanding of Python for data analysis or automation is a big plus.

Familiarity with Excel and data storytelling techniques.

Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.

Exposure to finance/insurance data is a plus.
