internship overview

the cyber security internship program is designed to provide aspiring professionals with practical exposure to real-world security operations. interns will work closely with experienced security professionals and gain experience across multiple cybersecurity domains.

key responsibilities

assist in soc operations, including monitoring logs, alerts, and network activities

participate in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (vapt) engagements

support red teaming exercises and simulated attack scenarios

identify, analyze, document, and report security vulnerabilities

assist in incident response activities and security investigations

contribute to the development and enhancement of internal security tools and frameworks

support initiatives to strengthen organizational security posture and security best practices

eligibility criteria

basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and cyber security concepts

familiarity with tools such as wireshark, burp suite, metasploit, and nmap (preferred)

strong analytical and problem-solving skills

willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment

undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in cybersecurity are encouraged to apply
