Job Description

1. security assessment and monitoring

- conduct vulnerability scans, log analysis, and penetration testing.

- monitor security incidents using siem and proactively respond to threats.

2. security hardening and mitigation

- implement system hardening, access control validation, and risk mitigation.

- work with it teams to improve security configurations.

3. security strategy and compliance

- develop security strategy according to standards (iso , nist, gdpr, etc.).

- conduct audits and ensure compliance with security policies.

4. reporting and risk analysis

- prepare security reports, risk analysis and mitigation recommendations.

- submit incident reports to management.

5. security research and awareness

- monitor cyber threat trends and evaluate the latest security technologies.

- conduct training and raise security awareness in the organization.

persyaratan

- minimum 1-3 years in cybersecurity, it security, or a related role.

- exposure to security monitoring, incident response, or vulnerability management.

- familiarity with security tools such as burp suite, nmap, and metasploit, along with experience in log analysis and vulnerability scanning platforms (., nessus, qualys).

- understanding of cybersecurity principles, including network security, system security, and secure communication protocols.

- proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages: python, bash, or powershell.

basic knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and familiarity with testing concepts like privilege escalation or obtaining shells.

- awareness of frameworks such as nist, iso , or owasp top 10.

relevant certifications (comptia security+, ceh, or similar) are advantageous but not mandatory.
