Other than fix salary accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company.

You have to spend for 30 days visit visa and our agency fees which is AED. 750 (INR 15,000). Joining ticket will be given by the employer.

Since overseas employment visas are not yet started by UAE Government yet, you have to come on 30 days visit visa, after reaching to UAE, it will be converted to an employment visa by the company. You will be received at the airport by the employer and directly taken to their company accommodation.
