Opening For Cutting Master

We are seeking an experienced Cutting Master with 7 to 12 years of expertise to join our team in Yamunanagar. The ideal candidate will have a background in fabric cutting and management, ensuring precise and efficient execution of cutting operations.

The key responsibilities include:

- Fabric Cutting: Accurately cutting various fabrics according to predefined patterns to ensure high-quality production.

- Supervision: Overseeing a team of cutters, providing guidance and support to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets.

- Quality Control: Regularly checking the quality of cut pieces to ensure they meet company standards and making necessary adjustments or corrections.

- Inventory Management: Monitoring fabric stocks and ordering new materials as needed to prevent delays in production.

- Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, including design and production, to ensure timely delivery of materials and alignment on design specifications.

The ideal candidate should be physically fit and male, with hands-on experience in cutting operations. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential. The Cutting Master must also have the ability to lead a team effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of operations. A high level of commitment to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment is expected.
