Job Description:

Manage Inbound and outbound chats in a timely manner.

Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.

Manage end-to-end customer response and the complaint process

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

Maintain customer databases

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Places orders for customers by updating all the information accurately.

Maintain excellent quality on all chats handled.

Perform all assigned tasks in an accurate manner.

Work with minimum supervision.

Requirements :

Graduate from any stream

Excellent spoken & written communication skills

Strong communication skills along with active listening.

MS-Office (specifically MS-word); Good keyboarding typing skills

Customer focus

Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Ability to understand accents from diverse geographies

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Required Qualification: MBA, MCA, BCA,

Required Experience: 1 to 4 years

CTC: As per industry standards
