the customer support executive will be the face of conscious food for customers and partners.

roles and responsibilities

1. handle the day-to-day functioning of the customer care department.

2. be able to handle incoming calls, understand customer issues, and provide appropriate solutions timely.

3. resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, analyzing the cause of the problem and providing the solution and follow up to ensure resolution.

4. coordinate with members of the various team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

5. build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction

6. track complaint status, and follow-up till status is marked as resolved.

7. maintain records of customer interactions, customer accounts, and file documents.
