We are looking for a reliable and well-spoken Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication across WhatsApp, Meta Ads, and phone calls. The role involves responding to inquiries, following up with potential customers, and handling basic customer support tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries received via WhatsApp chats.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Perform regular follow-ups with interested customers/leads.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.
Keep simple records of conversations and follow-ups.
Requirements:
No formal qualification required
Strong command over WhatsApp usage and chat handling
Fast and accurate typing skills
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
Ability to handle customers patiently and politely
Prior experience in customer support or chat handling is a plus (not mandatory)
