Knowledge & Desired Skills
â— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and foreign language (if any)
â— Excellent logical reasoning, problem solving approach and analytical skills
â— Should be able to understand and implement customer centric approach
â— SQL, Linux, Regex (proficiency: basic)
â— G-Suite/ MS office (proficiency: moderate)
â— Any computer language (proficiency: basic)
â— Any CRM tool (proficiency: basic)
â— Self motivated and team player
Responsibilities
â— Support the Operations teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
â— Creating and maintaining reports and trackers
â— Knowledge grasp and transfer to the entire team
â— Real Time Monitoring of all SLA driven queries
â— Metrics adherence in all kind of deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
â— Graduates from any stream are eligible to apply.
