Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries

Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues

Confirm order details, verify customer information, and submit monthly reports

Working Hours:

2 hours/day, excluding 30 minutes before and after each obligatory 5 prayers

Flexible work arrangements, with the option to work from home

Fridays: special day with breaks during the day and afternoon, with optional night work

Sundays: optional, choose to take the day off or work voluntarily
