- freshers with good customer service skills would be preferred.

- 5 days working culture (monday to friday).

- night shift (6:30pm to 4:00 am).

responsibilities and duties

1. handling inbound / outbound calls

2. handling their queries

3. handling stock

4. maintaining excel sheet

5. checking with the delivery boy

6. handling calls, emails etc
