We are looking for an energetic customer service minded person to manage our products on Amazon Seller Central!
This position is responsible for managing the day to day Amazon Seller Central platform and fulfill orders from the website. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for Amazon notifications and work with team members to resolve any issues.
Identifying and resolving listing errors.
Keeping an open dialog with vendors about Amazon changes and listing edits.
Staying current on Vendor Central changes.
Managing FBA and FBM inventory.
Sending pricing violations to vendors.
Making sure all products are in compliance with vendors pricing structures.
Customer communications, both inquires and returns.
Vendor Central / Seller Central experience strongly preferred.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Experience : Min. 1 - 2 years of experience required
