We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and prior experience in international or domestic voice processes. Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Providing accurate information about products and services to customers.

Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.

Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Adhering to company policies and procedures while assisting customers.

Requirements:

Freshers are also invited

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international process or 2 year in a domestic voice process.

Strong verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends as required.

Familiarity with Versant tests will be an advantage.

Graduates / undergraduates / Masters are welcome to apply.
