- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Provide customers with information on promotions, trade-in offers, and after-sales services.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Collect customer feedback on dealership and service experiences through surveys and direct interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Utilize CRM data to track customer interactions, service schedules, and follow-up reminders.
- Stay updated on the latest Toyota vehicle models, features, and technologies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with the service department to ensure timely resolution of any vehicle-related issues.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, service, and parts, to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on customer engagement, sales conversions, and inquiry status for management review.
