1. must have voice support process experience (customer service/key account management/seller support/supplier support) [freshers with good personality & communications skills can apply as well]
2. work experience in e-commerce processes such as flipkart, amazon, ebay, meesho, etc. is preferred
3. must have proper employment documents such as offer, payslip/bank statement & release/experience letter (if experienced).
4. fluent in english & hindi, both.
5. must be comfortable with work from office mode.
