We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Specialist / Customer Care Executive for our company Webvio Technologies Pvt Ltd. at Rajarhat, Kolkata.

We are looking for eligible candidates who have a thirst to excel in the BPO industry.

Job Description:

Education: Min 12th passed / Any Graduation.

Pre-requisite: Excellent Communication skills.

Experience: Min 1 year experience in any international outbound/inbound voice process (Preferably worked for International Sales process)

Need Candidates with Good Speaking skills.

Working days: 7 days working, roaster offs

Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice)

Work Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata

Responsibilities:-

ge incoming phone calls

tify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

ide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

le customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

ow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements:-

1. Proven customer care experience or experience as a Travel Sales Representative

2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
