* answering the calls from customers and help them with their problems that they are facing with purchased products or services.

* answering the customer calls professionally and by following the set standards & call ethics.

* provide the all the required information to the customers regarding the products and services.

*entering the call and customer information in the appropriate forms and databases.

* responsible for escalating the important calls where the customers query needs senior assistance.

*process the customers orders service requests, applications and forms.

*route the customers calls in the appropriate departments for further assistance.

*prepare call logs by entering all the important information about the attended call.

*maintaining call reports and following up the customers whenever required to assist them further with calls and also assist customers with specific queries.

*help building customers interest in products and services that are offered by the organization.
