We have huge openings for Customer Care Executive
Roles and Responsibility:
· Handle customers and vendor requests, external communication with them.
· Assist customer on their enquiries over telephone.
· Develops, justifies and successfully executes strategic operating plans.
· Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them accordingly to defined priority & severity levels.
· Provide internal and external customers with guidance, advise on product usage, solutions and optimization.
Additional Qualification
· Must have good English and Malayalam knowledge. Malayalam is mandatory.
· Must have logical and analytical thinking.
