• Design and develop training programs

• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate in Education/ Curriculum and Instruction

• 5-7 years of teaching/training experience including 2 years of curriculum development/Instructional design

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of curriculum, instruction and effective techniques of learning

• Strong research, critical thinking and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize and collaborate across various functions

• Proficient in English, Kannada and Tamil
