CSSD Technician - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated CSSD Technician to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all surgical instruments and medical equipment are properly sterilized and maintained, contributing to patient safety and quality care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sterilization of Instruments:** Responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing surgical instruments and tools to ensure they meet safety standards before procedures.

- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate records of all sterilized items and manage the inventory to ensure availability and proper tracking of surgical instruments.

- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular checks and tests to ensure that sterilization processes are effective and comply with hospital protocols and standards.

- **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance on sterilization equipment to ensure its optimal performance and report any malfunctions to the relevant authorities.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with surgical staff to understand their needs and provide support in setting up the necessary tools for surgeries.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and possess strong attention to detail. Good organizational skills are essential for managing inventory and maintaining records accurately. Effective communication skills are important for collaborating with medical staff and understanding procedural requirements.
