Key Responsibilities:

1. Sterilize Equipment: Responsible for sterilizing medical equipment, instruments, and supplies to ensure they are safe for patient use.

2. Maintain Inventory: Keep track of inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability of sterilized items.

3. Follow Protocols: Adhere to strict sterilization protocols and guidelines to maintain a sterile environment in the CSSD department.

4. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on sterilized items to ensure they meet industry standards and are safe for use.

5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, inventory levels, and quality control checks for auditing purposes.
