Overview : A CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) Technician is responsible for the sterilization, cleaning, and preparation of medical instruments and equipment used in healthcare facilities. They ensure that all items are free from contaminants and safe for patient use, adhering to strict infection control protocols.

Key Responsibilities of a CSSD Technician:

Cleaning and Decontamination:

Thoroughly cleaning and decontaminating surgical instruments and medical equipment using appropriate methods and solutions.

Sterilization:

Operating sterilization equipment like autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners to eliminate microbial life.

Instrument Assembly and Packaging:

Assembling surgical instrument sets, wrapping them securely, and preparing them for sterilization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

PROFILE: ALL HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL INDUSTRY

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE

Salary : starting 2200$-upto 4000$
