main responsibilities:
search for candidates for the vacancy
organization and full support of the process of selection, hiring, and rotation of crews for the company's or shipowner's vessels.
cooperation with crew agencies, maritime training centers, medical institution,s and port agents.
verification and approval of maritime documents, certificates, visas, medical certificates, and other crew documentation.
preparation and signing of contracts, as well as monitoring the implementation of employment conditions.
maintaining crew rotation schedules and planning changes in accordance with company policy.
interaction with shipowners, fleet managers, and ship captains on personnel issues.
monitoring crew compliance with international standards (mlc, stcw, ism code, etc.).
maintaining personnel records, updating the seafarers' database, and preparing regular reports.
reviewing complaints, resolving conflict situations, and maintaining discipline in the crew.
requirements:
higher education
work experience in the field of crewing for 1 year
knowledge of english at a level not lower than intermediate (ability to conduct business communication, read, and write)
ability to work in a team, organized, and attentive to details.
proactivity, responsibility and desire to develop in the field of hr
