Job Title: Credit Card Sales ExecutiveLocation: In-store (Apollo Pharmacy) + Field SalesCompany: [Hiring through Vendor – Apollo Pharmacy Project]Openings: [As per requirement]Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offeringsExplain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usageCollect and verify customer documents as per KYC normsEnsure visibility of promotional materials and brandingField Sales:Visit residential areas, corporate offices, and local businesses to pitch credit cardsGenerate leads through cold calling, referrals, and walk-insFollow up on leads and close sales within turnaround time (TAT)Operational Tasks:Maintain accurate daily records of interactions and conversionsCoordinate with internal teams for processing and onboardingEnsure compliance with KYC and banking guidelinesKey Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial salesFreshers with strong communication skills are welcome to applySkills:Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesGood persuasion and negotiation skillsConfidence in direct sellingGoal-oriented and self-motivatedBasic understanding of financial products and KYC normsCompensation:Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per monthIncentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance
