Job Purpose:

As a Creative Designer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs, editing videos, and incorporating animations to produce engaging content for STEM programs.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the project management team, content creators, and educators to understand program objectives and design requirements.

2. Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for a wide range of materials, including digital assets, print materials, presentations, and promotional materials.

3. Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and infographics that effectively communicate complex STEM concepts to students and educators.

4. Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials and program assets.

5. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create engaging and user-friendly user interfaces for digital platforms and applications.

6. Work with external partners and vendors to coordinate the production and printing of marketing collateral and other physical materials.

7. Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices, and make recommendations for design enhancements and improvements.

8. Collaborate with the project management team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality design materials.

9. Conduct design reviews and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to present and discuss design concepts, solicit feedback, and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.

10. Continuously explore innovative approaches to visual storytelling and design to enhance the impact and engagement of our STEM programs
